When you purchase a Naki World product, you purchase quality and performance. We put our products through comprehensive tests to ensure the highest reliability and compatibility. If for any reason you may experience difficulties with any of our products, Naki World offers a replacement warranty for this product. If a defect covered by this warranty occurs during this warranty period, Naki World, at its option, will repair or replace the defective product, free of charge. The original purchaser is entitled to this warranty only if the date of purchase is registered at point of sale or the consumer can demonstrate, to Naki World's satisfaction, that the product has proof of purchase.
Naki Worlds products are tested to withstand normal wear and tear, but are not indestructible and can be damaged if misused. The Naki World warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, and abusive use. This warranty will not apply if this product: (a) is used for professional or commercial purposes (including rental); (b) modified or tampered with; (c) is damaged by negligence, accident, unreasonable use, or by other causes unrelated to defective materials or workmanship. If a replacement is necessary and your product is no longer available, a comparable product may be substituted at Naki Worlds sole discretion.
In no event shall Naki World be liable for consequential or incidental damages resulting from the breach of any implied or express warranties. Some states or provinces do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or exclusion of consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state or province to province. Naki Worlds address is as set forth on the bottom part of this page.
This warranty is only available to North American customers only, including Canada, Mexico, and the United States.
To activate your warranty, you must:
Register your Naki World product on the web at http://www.naki-world.com/register.html
To obtain warranty service, you must:
- Call Naki World Technical Support at 1(866) 625-4953 (USA only) or 1(909) 594-8180 (outside USA)
- Obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA) from Naki World Technical Support and write the number outside the box near the shipping address and also on the copy of original sales receipt.
- Return the product to Naki World with the postage prepaid and insured. Naki World will not be responsible for any loss or damage during shipment. Naki World will pay the full return shipping (see return address below)
- Enclose a copy of the original sales receipt showing a purchase date
- Enclose a full return address along with daytime and evening phone numbers
Be sure to package the product so that it will not become damaged in shipping. We recommend placing the original box inside another box packed with packaging material. Naki World will not be responsible for any damage or loss to the product in shipment.
